Returns & Exchanges

At RbiCru7 Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RbiCru7 Sports account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
